Shipping Notification
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Store Pickup
We offer FREE local pickup in TORIO store for all online orders.

To pick up the order, customers must bring the notification email issued by TORIO store the pickup.If you do not receive a notification, your order has not yet been ready.
Orders must be picked up within 30 days, including public holidays, from the date of arrival at our stores. Any uncollected orders will be recycled/ destroyed.
Customers must pick up their orders at the original store selected.
For returns and exchanges of store pickup orders, please refer to our Exchange and Return policies. We do not accept any refunds or exchanges in stores.
